How do I change my email or password?

Using the "profile" section of your Stock Card account, you can easily update the email or password associated with your account.

Depending on whether you are already logged in to your account or not, there are a few steps that you can follow to change the email or password associated with your Stock Card account.

First, if you are already logged in to your account:

  1. Click on the brain icon on the top-right corner of the screen

  2. Go to the "profile" tab"

  3. Change your email or insert a new password

Or, if you are not logged in to your account:

  1. Click on log-in button on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click on "Forgot my password", and follow the steps.

  3. You will receive a password reset email.

  4. If you don't remember the email you used to log-in, email us at admin@stockcard.io with your name. And, we can help you retrieve your email address.
