In this section, we share details about our No Refund policy.

We do not offer refunds for two reasons:

  1. We are in the business of information collection, automation, and delivering simple and actionable insights. When you subscribe to Stock Card VIP for a month, you may be able to gather all the information you need for that month in one day. Everyone's content gathering and research process are different. Therefore, for a monthly plan, it is not possible to quantify how much information you used in the number of days of the month that you subscribed.

  2. We provide excellent value for an annual subscription. When you subscribe annually, you receive a 20% discount. Canceling the subscription means we need to recalculate the number of months you were subscribed and how much information you consumed, which is very cumbersome and time-consuming for you and us.

Therefore we decided not to offer a refund.

How do we communicate the No Refund policy?

We have made it easy and intuitive for you to learn about our no refund policy. When you subscribe to Stock Card, we tell you about our No Refund policy in an obvious and easy-to-read way. We do not accept your payment unless you accept the policy. The image below shows the payment page you must have seen and used when you subscribed. You can see how easy and straightforward it is to read and accept the No Refund policy.

We also make it very easy and one click to cancel your subscription at any time during your subscription. Simply visit your "Subscription" page and cancel.
